PTW has shaped a striking architectural building that varies in scale and form to maximise superb aspect, views and light. An ensemble of three complementary structures, each has its own distinct identity.
Curved sculptural brick, an open grid-like form and transparent glazing act as harmonious counterpoints. Tranquil residential podium and rooftop gardens provide green respite within the building while wide balconies spill from the living areas, drawing in ideal northern sun and beautiful vistas over the park below.
